Nervines* Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
Traditionally used to help strengthen and support heathy nervous system functions and ease anxiety and tension by soothing both mind and body.*

Adaptogens* Schishandra (Schisandra chinensis), Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum)
Traditionally used to increase resistance to stress, enable the body to adapt to problems before they become overwhelming, improve resilience, and counteract imbalances brought about by stressors.*

Suggested Use: Daily stress support.*

Relax + Restore Elixir:
Adult: 1 tsp (5 ml) 1-3 times daily
Can also be taken by adding 1 tsp (5 ml) to 4oz of water 1-3 times daily.

Relax + Restore Alcohol-Free Tincture:
Adult: Take 30 drops in a small amount of water as needed.

Relax + Restore Tincture:
Adult: Take 15 drops in small amount of water as needed.

Great product!

I love getting products from this company! I know that things are grown organically. I feel I am getting a good quality product. I enjoy using this particular one and often use it during stressful times. I believe the different herbs and plants in nature if used appropriately can be very beneficial. I also like the other products that are available here and feel they are effective as well.

Prior seemed better

I’m not sure if it was a different concentration but I had tried a vial with the drop applicator from Whole Foods and it worked really well to help with sleep, I followed the ml dosage on this product but didn’t seem to get the same results unfortunately
